Who we are
Emgrace is a brand new NGO,
established internationally in 2024, and in Cambodia in 2026.
In Cambodia, the majority of our staff is local, enthusiastic and professional people who have themselves experienced having their lives transformed.
We believe that the Grace of God embraces us as we are, empowers us to change our circumstances, and emboldens us to transform lives and society.

Empowerment is about equipping individuals by equipping them with tools to overcome obstacles, and taking control of their own future. At Emgrace, we believe in holistic development—meeting practical needs while fostering long-term change.
How?
Through training in life-skills, such as hygiene, financial management, parenting, relationships, and sustainable living, as well as vocational training, apprenticeships, or sustainable employment for parents, as well as on-site housing for those contributing to the organization’s work, Emgrace works to break cycles of hardship and poverty.

When individuals are empowered, they not only transform their own lives but also uplift their communities.
How?
Emgrace encourages and facilitates a “pay-it-forward” model, where families share their acquired knowledge and skills through different programs of mentorship, outreach, and community service.

At Emgrace, we recognize that sustainable transformation begins with an awareness of this fundamental truth: Every individual is created with purpose, dignity, and intrinsic value, independent of their circumstances. When we know we are accepted and loved, we gain the courage to take risks, to try, and even to fail. True confidence is built on the foundation of knowing that, no matter how far we fall, grace remains.

No family is merely a "recipient" of help. Each has invaluable gifts and abilities that contribute to the community in meaningful ways. When these talents are acknowledged and nurtured, we all grow together.
In partnership with various development and mission organizations in Cambodia, we seek to offer a holistic and individualized approach to support every family we encounter. Alone, we can do little, but together, we have endless potential.
